tofu salad

food i ate: the tofu was fried and tossed with lemon grass then tossed with an asain dressing with lettuce, cilantro, jicama and ripe tomato, garnished with a slice of cucumber. i got it at the place i frequent for lunch but this time i had to say “to go.”
mood: the food was its usual but i was fucking thrilled about something else. creation is inspiring.
